How connections work
Read-only access, always
PesaGuide only ever reads your statements — it can never move money on your behalf. Every connection is scoped to the minimum access needed to build your ledger, and you can revoke any of them from inside the app at any time. Where a bank offers Open Banking, we use it. Where it doesn't yet, we fall back to secure statement parsing on your own device, so your credentials never pass through us.
